摘要/Abstract

摘要： 论述了项目投资管理在企业管理中的地位和作用，从综合能源企业的特点出发，指出了综合能源企业在进行项目投资评估时，不仅要注重项目的经济效益，同时要注重环境效益。运用TOPSIS方法，通过设置经济效益和环境效益两个方面的指标，对项目进行优劣排序。并运用0-1整数规划模型，使企业在资源约束下可以得到项目的最优组合。为综合能源企业的资源平衡配置提供有效的、可量化的判断依据和手段，具有现实的应用意义。

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the investment plan management in the enterprise management status and role, from our very large coal group's annual plan management present situation, analyzes the improving plan of investment in fixed assets in the establishment, execution, and analysis each link of the management level of the way and method, it has practical application significance.
